PROJECT SUMMARY
Following the success of The Hub, Auckland, McDougall Reidy & Co identified the opportunity to develop a second "Hub" project in Whakatane comprising 24,000 sqm of bulk retail space.

The development is located on an eight hectare site beside State Highway 30, the main arterial road into Whakatane. The development was completed in two stages.

Stage one comprising 15 retail units providing 16,000 sqm of space. National retailers Harvey Norman, Postie Plus, Carpet Court, Kmart, Briscoes and Rebel Sports are among the tenants.

Stage two is an 8,000 sqm Bunnings Warehouse. There are over 900 car parks and a café onsite.
