McDougall Reidy & Co was instrumental in the formation of Direct Property Fund Limited ("Direct Property") in 2003. Direct Property is an unlisted property company with a property portfolio of approximately $400 million, designed and managed to represent as close a surrogate to direct property ownership as possible.
The performance of the fund is directly linked to the performance of the property portfolio.
