Stage one of the project has commenced with the refurbishment of an existing warehouse for a new lease with Vernon Carriers and construction of a two level office building to a 4 Star Green Building Council specification for Cadbury.
Stage two will provide Design Build options for tenants and owner occupiers on the remaining development land.
