Simon Woodhams

General Manager

Simon joined McDougall Reidy & Co as Asset Manager in 2005. Prior to joining Simon spent seven years in Tokyo and London predominately in the financial and banking markets. He is a graduate of Canterbury University where he completed his Bachelor of Commerce majoring in Accounting and Marketing. Simon is responsible for managing the industrial and retail assets for Direct Property. Simon became a shareholder of McDougall Reidy & Co in 2009.

Craig Peirce

Chief Financial Officer

Craig joined McDougall Reidy & Co as Chief Financial Officer in July 2009. Prior to joining Craig spent six years in London in property funds management, most recently working at LaSalle Investment Management. He is a graduate of Auckland University and is a Chartered Accountant. Craig is responsible for the financial management of McDougall Reidy & Co and Direct Property.

Property Manager

Chris joined McDougall Reidy & Co as Property Manager in September 2008. Prior to joining Chris worked for Colliers International in their administration team whilst completing his degree. He is a graduate of Massey University where he completed his Property Valuation and Finance degree. Nick is responsible for managing industrial and retail development projects for McDougall Reidy & Co. Nick became a shareholder of McDougall Reidy & Co in 2009.

Naomi Harverye

Property Accountant

Naomi joined McDougall Reidy & Co as Property Accountant in August 2006. Prior to joining Naomi held positions in financial and treasury accounting with Clime Group New Zealand and London Underground United Kingdom. Naomi is a graduate of Oxford Brookes University and is currently completing her accounting qualification with Auckland University. Naomi works closely with Craig Peirce on the financial management of McDougall Reidy & Co and Direct Property.
