Carlaw Park Precinct

12 – 24 Nicholls Lane, Parnell, Auckland

PROJECT SUMMARY
Carlaw Park has always played an important part in the history of Auckland City, with its unique location and close proximity of Auckland Domain, Parnell Village, Auckland's Central Business District and Waterfront.

Originally the site of a Flour Mill, it became Chinese Market Gardens in the late 1800's. Rugby League grandstands and terraces were built in 1916 and by 1921 Auckland Rugby League made Carlaw Park their home.

Today Carlaw Park is a mixed use environment of commercial space in the form of a 12,000 sqm office precinct sitting alongside a hotel, car park, cafés, daycare centre and restaurants.

END VALUE
$100 million.
